The minimum is 12 months. After that it continues month to month for as long as you want the site. There's no set end date.

No, there's no buyout option. On the monthly plan it takes me two to three years to earn what a lump sum site would have paid up front, so the plan only works if it stays ongoing. That steady income is also what lets me spend my time on your site and your requests instead of constantly chasing new work. If you know you'd rather own it outright, the lump sum is the better fit.

No, it's a one-time charge. Three extra pages is $300, once.

You'd owe the full lump sum price of the site ($3,800) minus what you've already paid. I build every site expecting a long-term working relationship, and I look for clients who want the same.

You can cancel any time after the 12-month minimum. Your domain is always yours, and so are the photos and content you provided. The site itself stays with me, since the monthly plan covers its use, not its purchase. If you want to come back later, we'd start a new 12-month agreement.

Yes, but online stores aren't available on the monthly plan. They take much more setup than a standard business site, so I quote them by project.

The groundwork is. Every site is built to load fast, with proper page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and Google Search Console setup. That gives you a strong starting point with Google. Ongoing SEO campaigns (content strategy, link building, and similar work) aren't part of these packages.
